Great atmosphere.Great manipulation. Great work with textures. I think it's photomanipulation - I would have changed my mind if the face was painted. But it's great photomanipulation ^_-

I love the drawing you did over the top. The only thing I'm not sure about is the area which runs across the image and over the bottom lip. Why is it so different?

I try to put different elements, you may say different areas, in the picture, so they emphasize each other.

Interesting small details. I would try one variation where this long line is cut from the sides and where it would follow the surface of the face (liquify tool is great for bending lines and imitating a specific surface).
